I am trying to clean up some dgn files and as I go into each file I constantly find one shared cell on odd levels but I cannot purge/delete the thing. I don't know how these files were created, I'm assuming 'save as' but I can't get rid of these shared cells. Select by Attributes doesn't find anything. The only thing I have done is to remap them to a used level which only moves the problem to another level. Is there any other way to delete this shared cell?

I also use the powerseletor to select all shared cells then I drop them to normal cells... then run the keyin <delete scdefs > just in case...
