From searching through Microsoft support articles on NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM with Windows 8.1, it appears there is an issue with memory corruption which is probably caused by a driver.

Please provide some additional information.

1. The Bentley Live Player log file.

To access this file from Bentley Live Player, go to:

File > Options > Log tab > View Log

2. A screenshot of the "About Internet Explorer" dialog.

To access this dialog from Internet Explorer, go to:

Tools > About Internet Explorer

3. System Information File

To access from your Start screen:

1. Type msinfo32
2. Press Enter

To access from your desktop:

1. Press [Windows key + R] to open the Run dialog
2. Type msinfo32
3. Press Enter

Once the System Information dialog is open, go to File > Save to save the NFO file.

4. Any other text or error codes you can provide from the blue screen would be helpful.
