"Using old version" pop up in internet explorer causing crash. (11.7.443)

I am using an older version of microstation. (11.7.443) There is a window that opens up in internet explorer prompting me to update and causes a major lock up in microstation, often causing it to crash. How do I get it to stop?

Are you the only one that uses this machine or do others access this machine and use MicroStation as well. ? This may be an issue with the registry key.

I am the only one that particularly uses the machine. Each other individual has their own station. If someone does happen on to this computer, They are just hopping on to show me what to do, as I am really new. When you say issue with registry key, what do think the trigger or issue may be?
