Hi,
I placed about a hundred Notes today using the Place Note dimension style. I had set AccuDraw to place the leader in 30%%d increments. My views are rotated to the roadway I am mapping so change depending on where I am along the road. When I rotated my view the Notes, set to Horizontal in the Place Note dimension style, aligned themselves to the active view.
Now, suddenly, horizontal means horizontal - the Notes are aligning themselves to the X axis, not my active view. The only thing I can think that I did to provoke it was toggle off AccuDraw in the middle of a command while I copied a piece of text (not a Note) from one place to another (AccuDraw wasn't allowing me to place the copied text where I wanted it to go). Then I turned AccuDraw back on and went back to placing Notes, but now it is broken.
Is there a setting that I can check to get the Notes to align themselves with the view? My active angle is 0.
thanks, david

OK, I think I may have a clue, but not a solution. AccuDraw reverts to Rotation (Coordinates tab) of Auxiliary upon placing a Note. I tried restarting the software, checked this setting it was set to View. I placed a Note, but it wasn't aligning to the View. When I went back into AccuDraw settings it had changed itself from View back to Auxiliary. I changed this setting back to View, placed a Note, but it still won't align to the View. It changed back to Auxiliary. ?
