Level Display Dialog

It's possible the dialog is behind the Microstation window. Try to open Level Display them minimize your Microstation window(s) and see if the dialog is somewhere on your desktop. If not it may be off the visible area of the screen. You can try to adjust your screen resolution to something like 600x800 and see if the box becomes visible. If it does drag it within your Microstation window then readjust your screen resolution.

By adjusting the screen resolution I was able to get the dialog back.
