When I select the level display tool I cannot locate the dialog box. When level display is selected the "dialog with focus" is set to level display.
It appears that I can only access the level display dialog thru the down arrow next to the tool, but that only allows me a tiny window (see attached).
How to I get the full level display dialog back??
