Tif file does not show correctly in Microstation v8i

Question

I am using Microstation v8i 08.11.09.655 (also used earlier versions). When I attached a tif file, it shows some lines. I have no problem attached jpg, jp2, pdf files. 
 Don't know the reason. Played with the "Raster Manager" under "Preferences", no change. Delete all cache file, no change. 
 See below. I even roll back the video card driver, but no change too. If someone has similar problem before and know the solution, please let me know. Thank you very much.

on attaching the Tiff image in Microstation 08.11.09.459, i can see the full image. 
Which graphics card are you currently using? Please take a look at this Wiki, which contain a guide on troubleshooting these issues:

On opening the Image, I also get the message: 
"We cannot create a valid coordinate system from: file:... Use design coordinate system by default." 
Microstation allows you to attach the raster file, but cannot reproject it, because no geocoding information is known for the raster file.

Just curious, but is there a sister file associated with the file on the computer where this is working properly and not on the other computers?

Hi Charlie, 
 
This is a known bug that has been introduced on 2014/4/25 and solved in January this year. So any V8i products released during that time frame might have this bug. 
 
This bug is affecting TIFF files (or GeoTIFF files) that are compressed using LZW with a horizontal differencing compression predicator (see www.awaresystems.be/.../predictor.html ) and has 32 bits per pixels (e.g. : RGBA).
