When using Bing Maps raster attachment for background imagery everything looks great but if I zoom in for a detailed view the imagery doesn't seem to be loading. Has anyone experienced this problem? See Screen Captures Below...
MicroStation V8i (SELECTseries 3) 08.11.09.655

View Zoomed In
check the display depth your image may be behind you when you zoom in too far... in 3d there is a range upper and lower to be able to view
stuff....
check the raster manager settings for attached as background , foreground and design plain..
Also if your file is 3d and the image comes from 2d this gave me similar issues with the zoom for me in the past..
try ref your mesh into a 2d blank file A and raster attach your image to another 2d file B then ref attach file B to A does it still behave as before with the zoom

Sorry didnt realise you were using bing map as live link to image data , I thought you had a stand alone saved raster which came from Bing maps...
but in any case if you have a stand alone image that disappears on zoom in out check out the steps I outlined... this may help others with non bing images..
