Raster Manager Using Bing Maps

Hello, when those cameras are displaying, it means that there is no Bing Maps data available at the resolution being requested. In other words, you have zoomed beyond the lowest resolution available from the Bing Maps server.

Sorry didnt realise you were using bing map as live link to image data , I thought you had a stand alone saved raster  which came from Bing maps...

but in any case if you have a stand alone image  that  disappears on zoom in out  check out the steps I outlined... this may  help others  with non bing images..
