Ok it has been a while since I have used Microstation. I am wanting to set up my dimensions to read in feet and inches and I want to show the symbol for feet ( ' ) and the symbol for inches ( " ) along with a dash in between the feet and inches like you would see on a set of plans here in America. I have made it as far as to show the MU-SU and set the master units to Feet which automatically set the sub units to inches, Now in the preview below that I can see the following dimension style (4-1 3/16). I cannot see the little tick marks ( ' or " )indicating which is feet and which is inches. Please tell me this is a simple fix?

Great so far! I am tryint to achieve the same output as what you see in the image I have uploaded above. I am attaching what I have now. I also notice that there is a space between the inch fraction and the symbol, is there a way to take out the space? Also, I need dimension terminators to be like what you see in the above image. See image below for what I have now.

Tim I just don't see "element dimensioning". Please clarify where this arrow is. This is what I see...
I am not seeing any expansion arrow you describe. I am using the SELECTseries 3 if that helps.
I found what you were referring to Tim. Like I said, it's been a while. Thank you for your help!
