Quick one hopefully: when creating a new .dgn file, the file properties for Author and Company are automatically written into the file. The Author is taken from the Windows login name, but where is Company derived from?

Company comes from the Company entry in the product license last used when writing something to the file.

You could try making a new seed file by author name and populate the extra attributes via windows explorer..
then if you select the seed file via author name ( which could be set in each user workspace cfg ) it should work the way you want..
I can't test this as I'm at home with no network... sorry butit should only take a couple of minutes to find out with you and another user...
