[V8i] Ownership - Changes not committed?

Question

Hello, 
 I have an error that alerts me that changes have not been committed by a particular user and I have not determined where this message comes from and how to resolve it. 
 
 Does anyone know what can cause this?

This message appears when Design History is being used by this user. If they commit those changes this message will no longer appear. The following Wiki may assist in understanding how Design History works.
