Microstation Connect has stopped working (10.00.00.25)

Having an issue with new version of Microstation connect (10.00.00.25). Uninstalled previous version and installed new copy but every time I start the program I immediately get the 'Microstation Connect has stopped working' dialog.

Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times but same message each time. Anyone come across this?

    Both drivers, the integrated video card and the dedicated graphics card are dated 9/2/2011.

    These might have been the original video card driver dates based on your laptop being rebuilt.

    I would recommend going HP website and putting in your model number of your laptop and downloading the latest certified driver for your laptop.
