Having an issue with new version of Microstation connect (10.00.00.25). Uninstalled previous version and installed new copy but every time I start the program I immediately get the 'Microstation Connect has stopped working' dialog.
Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times but same message each time. Anyone come across this?
Thanks

I noticed ShoreTel Desktop Sharing Accelerator when I look at your display settings in the .nfo file.
Can you tell me more about the "ShoreTel Desktop Sharing Accelerator" that is installed? From what I can tell it is some type of Windows driver. Can you temporarily disable this and see if you have the same problem with MicroStation CONNECT? To be clear, please explain exactly what is happening when you start MicroStation.
ShoreTel is our VOiP system. It also allows employee communications throughout the company, not just our office.
I attached a .jpg of the error I get upon launching CONNECT.
I saw the following in the .nfo file for the other video card driver:
I would check to see if there is an update to this driver that was dated 11/4/2013.
Ray,
Could you verify your version of .NET Framework?
Go to "Turn Window features on or off" to see the version.
Click on this and see what version(s) of .NET Framework you already have installed.
Regie,
Here's a screen shot of what is installed on my workstation..
