Having an issue with new version of Microstation connect (10.00.00.25). Uninstalled previous version and installed new copy but every time I start the program I immediately get the 'Microstation Connect has stopped working' dialog.
Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times but same message each time. Anyone come across this?

Thanks for providing an error log. The Windows Error Reporting log(WER dump) that you provided from this error that you are seeing indicates a conflict with your virus scan program and MicroStation. The error that is occurring is related to a DLL which is part of the BitDefender® Antivirus that is causing a crash.
Can we try a couple of things here:
Regie, That was the culprit! It works now. We uninstalled the Antivirus and it fired right up. So, we will be adding it to the Exclusion List when it is reinstalled. Thanks for all of your help! Now it's on to attempt to configure this beast...
