Microstation Connect has stopped working (10.00.00.25)

Having an issue with new version of Microstation connect (10.00.00.25). Uninstalled previous version and installed new copy but every time I start the program I immediately get the 'Microstation Connect has stopped working' dialog.

Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times but same message each time. Anyone come across this?

    When we reinstalled BitDefender Antivirus, we are (so far) unsuccessful at getting CONNECT to run. We tried adding all of the exceptions we could that were related to CONNECT but we're back to the same results.

    My IT Network Admin asked me to get the name of the DLL('s) that is/are responsible for CONNECT to launch & run. He believes he needs to identify them in the "exceptions" for the antivirus.. Is this something you can provide?
