&lt;p&gt;Possibly, but that could be site-specific.&amp;nbsp; The &lt;em&gt;ProgramData&lt;/em&gt; folder is intended to be accessible by Windows users, in contrast to the &lt;em&gt;Program Files&lt;/em&gt; and &lt;em&gt;Program Files(x86)&lt;/em&gt; folders, which are secured for write access for Windows users.&lt;/p&gt;
