Do you see this on any other PCs? I'm not seeing any comments from anyone else and I know our cert folks and myself have not seen. It seems machine specific but why is the big question.

its very strange. Some of the links work and the files are where they should be. This is in a non configured setup, thus it should work. When I click on one that works, all is OK, but the ones that dont work, it just hangs and I have to use task manager to end the program.

Its not a massive issue, just wanted to see if others have the same issues?

Any messages when you try to open a file that does not open? Your project must be configured correctly if one of them opens. All DGNs and all videos are in the same folders? Assuming the cleaning lady didn't sneak in and rename or delete any files, I can't see what else might be wrong!

I can open some of the DGN links but not all. I can also open some of the Movies but not all and in some cases its not the same links (AVI & DGNs)

This is the same thing that I am experiencing - none of the videos play. A "player" window opens up and shows the title, but nothing appears. It seems to be ALL the example videos. I can navigate to the folder, double-click, and they play fine. I can open the .dgn files from the "Welcome to MicroStation" screen fine as well - just can't get the videos to show any content.

Just so I understand, you can play the video if you open directly from the folder but it does not display when you access from the MicroStation interface is that right? Can you open the DGN associated? Is it only the Connected Projects video that does not work? I did test here and it all seems to work as expected.

Videos are located in folder C:\ProgramData\Bentley\CONNECT Edition\Configuration\WorkSpaces\Example\WorkSets\MetroStation\Standards\Videos\
Can you please try playing the videos from this location.
