Yes, I guess I did. It was over a year ago in a beta version not the final product. There were/are hundreds of open issues so I wouldn't be surprised if it happened again. Plus the forum is locked and there is no way to search it. 
 
In any event now the people who weren't in the beta will be able to see you can only place a parametric cell at an angle of 0.
