This was very helpful.  They are both SS3 machines.  Yes we are running a custom workspace but no we don&amp;#39;t have the gui.dgnlib in our custom workspace but on my machine it is still loading while on the other machine it is not.  I&amp;#39;ve searched my C drive for both GUI and dgnlib and it just isn&amp;#39;t shown but yet it is still loading.  If I could find it, I could simply put it into our workspace so it loads for everyone.  The links you sent were exactly what I was talking about, but I need to find a copy of it somewhere in order to copy it onto the &amp;quot;trouble&amp;quot; machine.&lt;br /&gt;

When you upgrade you should always look at the files and folder structure provided in a default workspace and ensure any customizations you have performed are taking these new files into account. You have mentioned that you suspect that the GUI.DGNLIB file is not being loaded which is most likely correct but you should also look at other files contained in the GUI folder and include that in your custom workspace.
