PowerDraft V8i - Graphics/Driver issue?

Hi All, 
 
 I am having issues with both Microstation V8i and PowerDraft V8i. The grid together with all the cells and elements is "skewed" and it doesn't seem to matter what file I open the same issue exists. I have tried installing the same version on another computer and no issue, so it seems it is unique to this PC and hence may be a driver/graphics issue. See attached pictures of the "skewed" working files. My PC which has this issue is: 
 Windows 7 Ultimate 
 Motherboard: EP45T-DS3R Gygabite 
 CPU: Intel Core Quad Q9550 2.83GHz 
 RAM: 4GB 
 Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GTX+ 
 
 I have the latest drivers installed (DirectX) and Nvidia but still not fix to the problem. 
 Does anyone know the issue? Greatly appreciated.

Hi, 
 there are plenty of discussion in this and also other forums about similar display issues related to Nvidia cards (e.g. this or this one ). There is also wiki article Troubleshooting Graphic Display issues available. 
 As described in the mentioned discussions, you should try: 
 
 (Preferably) Return back to a previous Nvidia driver or to try the newest one. 
 (Alternative not recommended for every day use) Set configuration variable QV_D3DVERSION=9 to force MicroStation to use old DirectX 9 API, not newer DirectX 11.
