This is OK, but the level filter within the attribute tool bar (Ribbon) are generally more useful to the average user than the Templates. But in CE we still have the Template icon but no level filter icons. Thus, can we have Level Filters put back into the interface as per SS3

Click on the level picklist from the Attribute ribbon and Filters can be accessed here:
