Acute 3D mesh change display style

In properties you will find there is a display setting on these elements. By default it is set to unlit smooth because they often look terrible in other styles, especially those with edge settings like illustration. You can, however, set them to inherit from the view.

It is read-only option for me and doesn't allow to change.

key-in MRMESH GEOATTACH doesn't work as expected. It changes DGN Global origin and files still do not align.

This has not been my experience. Is it possible to post the before and after DGN? Is the Acute3D file of a size where it can be posted or made accessible?

Uploaded examples using secure file upload. The 3MX file attaches to DGN correctly but only if using references when using MRMESH GEOATTACH then it changes files GO but file still doesn't align.

I have done some tests with your model and a new DGN. Attaching 3MX by reference using Geographic Reprojected and by using the MRMESH GEOATTACH keyin both place the model at the same location which is correct when exported to Google Earth. The geometry in your provided file, although overlaying the 3MX in your attachment, is not in the correct position when exporting to GO.

I do notice the keyin does change the global origin. I will try to find out why.

Exporting to GE may not be correct because the SRS systems in different Bentley programs and versions are messed up for us. EPSG3059 system is only fixed in CONNECT edition so the XY are not interchanged . Contextcapture may have the same wrong SRS system set in 3mx files.

I see that if 3mx file is opened directly then coordinates are correct but GO is shifted that explains why DGN doesn't correctly export to GE because it was drawn on top of 3mx file and now if attaching 3mx mesh it shifts the GO again.
