How do I set the default reference attachment of Drawing Boundary to None? I've looked in Preferences and the option under the configs but can't locate this.
Enhancement 344997: Add Option for Drawing Boundary settings to MS_REF_DEFAULTSETTINGS is slated for U14 (Oct-19).
While we are at it any other REFERENCE DEFAULT SETTINGS needing a config var option?

Sure. I'd like to see any reference file attach 1:1 by default. Like this one-
Says it's 1:1, but attaches at it's drawing scale

Investigating the Scale issue. Will be post U14. Noticed you graphic showed Detail at 1'=60' and it attached at 1:200. I would have expected a 1:1200 scale instead. So a bit confused, did you figure out why its doing that?
I have too many Connect issues to track down. I was filing STs every week, but I get very few answers. Besides not attaching 1:1, the big problem with references is with DXFs. They attach at 1:1 (both displayed and actual). When you come back to the file later, the scale has changed to like 1:3.28033. All by itself. I've pretty much adjusted my work flow to accommodate the buggy/incomplete nature of Connect, so I've never looked into that Detail Scale setting, plus I don't use many of the features related to what that implies.
