Raster Images missing after changing MSTN's User/Project directories

Need help troubleshooting why my Raster images are missing from display after I changed my config file directories.

Reference files remain intact but my Raster images show to be "not found" (in red). I was told that I should not try to re-path the files since it should automatically update this path since the files were copied over from one directory to the other with the same hierarchy.

Any information would be helpful!

Thanks in advance.

  • What do you mean by "changed my config file directories"? Have the configuration variables been modified? If so, it's possible that the rasters were "found" because their path was defined in MS_RFDIR.

Have the DGN file or the raster files been moved? If so, can you tell where the raster files were relative to the DGN file before and after the change?

  • Sorry for the confusion. I meant that I opened up the *.CFG, *DAT, *.UCF configuration files and made edits to the paths/directories to point to a new location. All the DGN/Raster files have been moved to the new directory with a similar hierarchy to the old directory.

The problem I see is the following attached screenshots:

The "OLD" screenshots show the actual file names (no directory path) and the "NEW" screenshots show a path that is incorrect even for the "OLD" file structure and is in red.

I was told that I should not re-path because it should automatically pull the raster images in from the directory where it's being held. Did I forget to re-path some other config variable?

    "OLD"

    "NEW"

Can you reveal what your configuration files look like now?  We're interested only in those variables that point to reference and raster folders.
