CONNECT - Can't edit field?

Question

I have placed a dumb section (using Place Section Callout) and I'm trying to edit the drawing identifier and sheet number, but CONNECT wont let me. See below. This works fine in SS3!! Any reason why this doesn't work?

This issue has been raised in Service Request # 7000439619 which has been reproduced. 
A defect is going to be filed by the analyst which you will be notified of.

Tested in Update 13, I was able to edit the text field.
