Is there any shortcut key in Microstation for previous command use?

Normal commands (place line, copy, etc) remain active until another command is chosen. You can copy an element, then copy another, etc. Custom commands (VBA, etc) may not have this same behavior.

Also, if you key in command - yes, it is possible - you can use the arrow keys to scroll through a certain number of previous key-ins and press enter when you have found the one you want, or edit it and press enter.
There are a certain number of AutoCAD commands you can even keyin - type DWG and then an autocad command.
As you key in, you will notice it autocompletes. Microstation usually uses multi-work command key-ins and it will sometime frustrate you when you want to finish a key-in and you press another spacebar and nothing happens. Since it allows multi-work key-ins, it is always necessary to press return to actually execute the command.
