Sketchup file open and reference crash microstation V8i in windows 10

Since we migrate our computers (8) on windows 10 we cannot open or reference any sketchup file( 8,12, 13,14 or 15 ) with Microstation V8i  (08.11.09.459)

Even worse we cannot open a old DGN file with SKP referenced in it, MS crashes.

It must be related to windows 10 but i cant figure how ( file handling, preview thumbnail ?? ).

Are you aware of this and is there a workaround ( better than exporting SKP to FBX or OBJ) ?

    Please note that I have uploaded three files

    -          Skp – model

    -          Exception – log

    -          ExceptionHisotry – zip archive of the folder

     
    Those are from my local machine at home.
     
    I have not sent the DGN file, because I was simulating the issue with “open SKP” file.
     
    Steps:

    -          Start microstation

    -          Open file: choose type SKP

    -          Select SKP file

    -          Click open

    … error message

    -          Abort / Retry / Ignore

    -          Retry – CRASH

     
    Similar situation I have on my work machine in the office.
