I was wondering if there's a way to get a parametric array from a model, because the Array button doesn't show that option.
Maybe with some Macro or something else?

Please identify the version of MicroStation you are using: MicroStation CONNECT or MicroStation V8i. What is the 8-digit version number (e.g. 10.xx.yy.zz) of MicroStation?
Some tools supplied with MicroStation CONNECT are different to those supplied with MicroStation V8i. Consequently, our answers are likely to be different.

What type of elements are you trying to array. As long as it is a Parametric Sold/Surface you can use the Array Feature tool to create a Rectangular or Polar array of an object or a feature within an object(i.e. hole/cut).
Both have values that can be driven by variables.
