Error Opening File

I am having issues with Microstation failing to open a DGN file. It comes up with the 'Error opening file [FILEPATH.dgn] = (0x13013)'. It crashed when I was trying to open one of sheets that I have created. The following log is taken from the Event Viewer when Microstation crashed. Please advise on how to recover these files. I have attempted to open previous versions of this file through Windows explorer but the same error came up. So now it seems like I have to start my work all over again. Urgently needs advise. Thanks.

  • Hi Ryn :

Please request your IT/Network Administrator to have a look at the event logs. There are machine specific warnings and errors. One of the warnings is specific to the corrupted DGN file.

{Delayed Write Failed} Windows was unable to save all the data for the file \Groups\SS-Vic\@GMT-2016.01.19-20.00.17\UNITE .. ngs\J1-UGL Drawings\DP102 - BP\RWY_G0015_1.dgn. The data has been lost. This error may be caused by a failure of your computer hardware or network connection. Please try to save this file elsewhere.
