Reference dialog box, can I set Orientation to "Standard Views - Top" as a default?

In the Reference dialog box, can I set the Orientation to "Standard Views - Top"? I want to make it the default setting.

These are the available options:

MS_REF_DEFAULTSETTINGS = attachMethod=coincident|world|geoReprojected|geoAECTransform
