Hi Everyone,
I don't know if this is an issue or if I'm having a stupid moment.
For this question I will say that I have drawings A and B.
This is top view in drawing A:
This is top view in drawing B:
Every thing in red is live in drawing A and is referenced into drawing B. I want top view to be the same in A as it is in B.
The background survey data, in grey, is a reference and has not been rotated in either drawing.
It is referenced in and is located at 0,0,0.
In drawing B, what appears to be a single red line is in fact an elevation. I go to front view and I can see it face on, which for drawing purposes is what I want.
In drawing A (the live drawing), front view rotates to what I think is back view and I am not viewing the elevation face on, making drawing changes awkward.
So, with all that said, why is view showing me 2 different things in the 2 drawings?

GBOO-EG03-ECV-MO2-PEL-00001.dgn
even if view isnt rotated mstn has been told with a keyin the north is down in one of these dgn...
keyin is = define north
I tried fixing but no luck .. without some real world file to match with ... too hard..., at first I thought it might be the acs is rotated... no joy there either...
