A bit silly not to, I think. Just leads to duplication and waste.

This will always be the case. Still not a reason to separate the lists. I think that it is really down to no one having the time or remit to do this.
Most apps have wishlists as threads that run on for years. The Ideas section is better.. but only if someone manages it.
