SS4 MicroStation Bug Fixes

Question

All, 
 Can anyone point me in the direction for a list of all bug fixes and changes in SS4 please? I know there's a 'what's new' section in the help, but I'm looking for more information.

Maybe I'm doing something silly, but this link is just information that comes with the download of MicroStation, I can't seem to find a full list of all fixes- another link to the "What's New" page isn't what I'm looking for. 
 
 EDIT: Nevermind, I've found the defects page, seems 47 defects have been resolved...

 As I mentioned before the Resolved issues for MicroStation SS4 is available in the Readme file, this file is available for downloading in Bentley Communities

You need to download and unzip the folder, after clicking in readme_installation.chm the "What is new & Changed in MicroStation" opens and by selecting Readme menu you will see the resolved issues. Just to clarify this Readme file is not available from the Help menu in MicroStation but from Bentley Communities.

I guess so, since it seems to be difficult to get working for some... FYI it's located here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\MicroStation V8i (SELECTseries)\MicroStation\readme_MicroStation.chm
