Level Filters

Is there any info I can view on how to create and manage Level Filters.

The standard help files only show how to create a Filter, but nothing on how to define the levels in the Filter.

I'm running AECOsim SS6 in Microstation mode

    This was sort of helpful.
    They only related to existing Level Filters.
    I still don't know how to create a new Level Filter.
    Do I create a new Level Filter in the file, and then just delete the levels I don't need ?
    Can I create them in the active file, or do I need to create them in a .dgnlib file ?
