the installation doesn't go ahead or the software request some tools that I don't have: Microsoft visual basic for Application core/localized, or DHTML Editing control for application.

Do you recall seeing this while installing Bentley View 08.11.09.829?

If you saw the screen above it would indicate these components were already installed. If you saw a red cross where the green checks are by any of these components it means that they were not applied to the operating system during installation.

I would recommend loading the prerequisites manually by down loading version 08.11.09.03 of the prerequisite pack and then installing this before running the installation of Bentley View.

Before permitting access to Bentley Cloud Services, we need to confirm your relationship to your organization. This last step is usually completed by an administrator at your organization.

After access is granted, you will receive an additional email letting you know that everything is ready, and you can try this link again. In the meantime, you might be interested in the following:

Seems to be a little confusion now about whether you are trying to login to download Bentley View or if this is an installation issue. Maybe you could supply screen captures for this message that is appearing on your screen and maybe what point you are at with the download / installation. As you mentioned "Cloud Services" could it be that you have actually successfully installed Bentley View and it is trying to log you into the CONNECTION Client?

Are there supposed to be screenshot included with this post? There are blank spaces here that would indicate there should.

I hope you see the pictures now, sorry I don't have experiance with this tools

So your 2nd screenshot shows 'Product pre-requisite components' list and those get automatically downloaded (if needed) during the installation.

Next, 3rd screenshot - shows that indeed component 'Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications core' is downloading (shows percentage). Have you waited a while it gets downloaded? Possibly download could be blocked by company Proxy or antivirus.
