Yes it is a CE Table. After you create the table you can edit cell boundary properties. Its kind of flakey so you have to play with it a bit. I found it best to start on the inside and work your way out. I.E. First columns then title rows then headers and footers, then the final boundary. I set all of this up in a seed table and it replicates except additional column rows don't get set properly.

Using vendor stick fonts between software packages has always been a pain. Thats why I switched everything over to Truetype Fonts some years ago. They are the same for all packages. Just starting using the Verdana Pro series. Its nice to get compress text without mucking around with the Height to Width ratios.
