In the "Change View Display Style,

Set to 80 (or 90) for Transparency Threshold, see image here

The toolbox you are viewing in the above View Control menu is the Display Style List which is used to make modification to the listed Display Styles. You should click on the icon to the left of this "View Attributes" where you can select the Display Style.

Do you mean that there is no shadow generated when you used the display : Transparent : Shadows? Like the image shown here?

Could you clarify your question a bit? The "Transparent With Shadows" display style is the same style as "Transparent - Shadows", so it does not appear you are missing any styles from this end. If there is more to your question, or if I am missing something, please let me know.
