I am trying to performe this search in one single search using exporer ( microstation connect u1):
Trying to locate all "toruses" with "minor radius" smaler than 0.02m, and all"cones" with "base radius" smaler then 0.02m , the are all sitting on the same level (level1). I thought that would be easy to do using the advansed search option in explorer, but it seems that i can not acsess both base radius and minor radius at the same time? I wonder if i am just doing this the wrong way, or if it is just not possible to achive this without spliting the task up in 2 different searches?
Any help would be much appretiated

Okay. Yes that would be really helpful as I have not played with reports much.
My end-goal is a bit more complex then the exsample I mentioned, and im not sure if the reporting tool in MS can do this, but it would be intresting to see how close i can get. So her it is, this is something i normaly do in another software but want to see if i can doit in microstation instead. ( the exsample is just for sylinders ( cones ), but i want to do something similar also for torus ).
Basicaly what you see is a search counting all the cylinders inside a region/volume, dividing the total sylinders in to 6 classes based on their thickness, and summing up the total length pr class, and also the total length for all classes. ( there is also other data in there like "area (m2)", but "Length(m)" is the one i am trying to search for using MS ) . If i am able to do parts of the search in microstation i could probably export the result out to excel and do the rest there. I have a feeling i can not do a search inside a region ( using a saved fence to define the volume of the region forexsample ) , so i have put all cones and toruses of interest on to a separate layer to be able to narrow down the search.
