CE-u1 Place text along doesn't work on 3D objects in Section/Elevation views

You may want to try to use " Place Text: Fitted" with View Independent 'off' instead. Place Text : ALONG — above or below — is meant for element (curve, B-spline curve, arc, ellipse, line, line string, or shape)

Given that the push is hyper modeling dynamic views ... etc.  Anything that only works with those elements will become useless.  The push is for everything to become 3D objects and application elements.  I notice when detailing I can't extend a line to any of those objects either.   Its a good example how the tools haven't caught up to the concept that is being sold.
