Quick Info Alt+Reset

Hi,


Why when ever i use Quick info by pressing ALT+RESET all i get is and empty box

What is wrong?

    Charles is  your accusnap turned on and  if so are all the settings applied  like mine  see below

     if  items 3 &  4 is  off  then quick info doesnt  run for me also the  quick flyout  info for level name and type  doesnt work either when hover over element

    Started msnt work 1990 - Retired  Nov 2022 ( oh boy am I old )

    But was long time user V8iss10 (8.11.09.919) dabbler CE  update 16 (10.16.00.80)

    sorry to say could be corrupt upf  user pref file...

    find your .upf file rename it  .oldupf

    then restart mstn  it will make  new  upf file and  try again to use the  quick info  if it  works then it was your upf and you'll need to re set up things  up the way you like from the  workspace prefs once youve  redone your user prefs the way you like  make a backup copy  some where else... and  you can re use it .. then delete the  .oldupf...

     not ideal solution as you dont know what caused the corruption  but gets you back to running  normal  mode really  quick.. if  keeps happening after a while then you need to seek  real support with log files etc...
