Geographics Coordinate System
missing

MicroStation V8i (SELECT series ) Ver 08.11. 09.829 
 
 I would need to use coordinate systems with the following EPSG codes 6707 and 6708 (see attached) but they are not listed. Is there a way to add them? thank you

As Derval pointed out the ability to add custom datums and custom coordinate systems is a functionality of Bentley Map though once defined they can be used in plain MicroStation. 
In the present case however since the datum RDN2008 is a local densification of ETRS1989 with no transformation to this Europe-wide datum (considered identical over Italy) you do not absolutely need to define new coordinate systems. The pre-defined Geographic Coordinate Systems ETRS89.UTM-32N, ETRS89.UTM-33N and ETRS89.UTM-34N are mathematically identical to EPSG:6707, EPSG:6708 and EPSG:6709. 
I will still add the new entries in our list of pre-defined coordinate systems. Even though they will be identical to the ETRS89 ones, these new entries will still serve the purpose of indicating the coordinates are based on the newer and denser grid.

Hello, 
The capability to create new Geographic Coordinate Systems is not available in MicroStation, it is available in Bentley Map. 
Once the coordinate system is created in Bentley Map,it can then be brought into MicroStation.
