MicroStation J is not publicly available for download because of its age (i.e. over 11 years old), but it can be provided on a case-by-case basis. Just to clarify, is this for use with Intergraph PDS?

Yes, it's for PDS. actually I get the installer thanks to the Bentley support, but I don't know what I must do to run the MS in the full mode.

Can you please clarify exactly what you are meaning by running MicroStation /J in "full mode"?
If you have installed MicroStation /J from an EXE supplied by Bentley which version was this?
If it is not starting up in what you say is "full mode" what is actually occurring on your system?
Maybe you could supply a screen capture to highlight what you are seeing.

Considerably older — look at the History of MicroStation.  MicroStation/J is coming up to eighteen years old.  MicroStation V8 was introduced in 2001.
