How to change the Color and Weight without using TextStyles?
Moreover, the formatting in properties should be enhanced to allow us to alter the setting of text such as color and weight.
I can't find a way to modify the text weight !
Text Style is meaningless to me after passing to other and altering the dgn file many times. Both Text elements have the same Text Style does not represent that they would have the same Text Height / Text Width. Text Style is just a name. Un-managed style is a global direction that all text elements could be set independently. Moverover, I don't see the Text Styles Dialog (or can you define what is the Text Styles section of the Properties dialog?) that could allow you to config the weight (there is color for us only).
To change the text color independently, you have to use Text Editor to modify. However, there are nothing about weight settings in the Text Editor and it could messed up the original table's line weight and text weight after Accepting the Selection.
My preferred workflow to modify Text Color and Weight inside the table is to use Properties Dialog to config it:
(Text Elements inside the Table should be expected to allow us to do that in the same way)
I would suggest creating a new Text Style with the attributes you wanted for this text, select all of the text you wanted to allocate this Text Style and using the Change Text Attributes tool change it to the style you have just created.

The screenshot shows two text elements created with a TrueType Tahoma font. The top text is normal and the lower text is bold. Both use line weight zero.
TrueType fonts are design to be used with the text embellishments bold, italic etc. Generally, those fonts do not look very elegant if you apply a MicroStation line weight. In some cases the text becomes illegible if the line weight is too heavy.
The text looks the same as if you formatted it in another application such as Microsoft Office.

So.... where is the WEIGHT configure for traditional ENGINEERING font inside the table? The document just stated that WEIGHT can't be applied to TrueType but it does not mentioned that the weight of text inside the table can't be changed.
