Placing parametric cells UI

When placing a Parametric Cell while there are no tool options to place at an angle you can still place the cell at an angle using AccuDraw.

The process would be:

1. Pick the Parametric Cell you wish to place.

2. Place focus on AccuDraw and put in Polar Coordinate mode.

3. In AccuDraw set the angle to desired value and lock the angle

4. Rotate the Accudraw compass to set angle by using Rotate Quick

5. Place Cell as desired

As far as mirroring you would have to use the mirror tool after placement. You

Nicely found David, but admit that it is not really user friendly. I still hope this can be made more straightforward.
