HOW TO CREATE 3D BOLT AND NUT THREADS TUTORIALS

Hi All, 
 I am trying to create threads using the Helix tool and it is not working for me. I think it is just because I am unfamiliar with this tool. That aside, when I go on the internet to find a tutorial that will help on YouTube lets say, all I get is plenty of AutoCAD and every other CAD program besides MicrosStation. Is there tutorial out there and I am not looking in the right spot for them?
