How to open a DTM file in MicroStation

Question

I have been given a DTM file that I need to compare it to one I have created. How can I open it or import it into my MicroStation file. 
 I also am using Geopak.

For example the file extension *.DTM is used by Bentley InRoads for digital terrain models called surfaces in legacy INROADS V8i til SS3. The first four bytes of this kind of files will have the magic number hex'44 54 4d 0b ' so you can read "DTM" with a text editor for the first 3 bytes!
