CE u2 Fillet/Reference file issue

When set to [Truncate: First] the construct circular fillet command will not accept the second element if it is a reference file even though it does not need to be modified.  If set to [Truncate: None] will place the fillet however the first element must then be manual modified.

  • Theoretically it should be possible. They could allow a read-only element as the second element in case of the "truncate first" option. Bentley however opted to only allow read-only elements in the case of "truncate none".

A CR to change this behavior could be filed. It's not a bug IMO. Works as designed, though the design could have been refined a bit more to only require write access to the first element in case of truncate first.
