Hi,
I would very much like to change or even better insert another cell instead to the Bentley's standard balloon when inserting dynamic views into a sheet, as shown below.
I have spend a lot of time searching for the cell libray without any lock.
Can anyone help ?

I could replace the Bentley default by such a section symbol. If I remember correctly, I hat to add to one of the DGNLIB files and let a Config Variable point to that like MS_SECTIONSYMBOLDEFAULT. It was quite complicated.
