Hello - it's happend sometimes depend who is drawing but maybe someone can fix this or say why it is happend
Please check this file from Autocad . Building on right
In illustration mode looks in other place than in wireframe . How can i fix this ?
When i drop to surface it looks totally diffrent

You have hit a known problem: some ACIS bodies extracted by RealDWG2016 have added a translation component in them. You have a few options around it: 1) use CONNECT, 2) use RealDWG2014, or 3) wait for an update build of SS4. If you decide to wait for a future build of SS4 (if there will be any), you may use TFS 613432 to track the issue.

With regard to your 1st problem, CONNECT vs SS4, looks to me it's the same problem as the one from your previous file. In SS4, can you key in "version" and then confirm RealDWG version you use in Message Center? For issue #2, it's not obvious to me where the difference is. Can you elaborate on that?
