Good Afternoon,
I'm having trouble resolving the display order issue depicted below, specifically the leader/terminator part of the callouts. As you can see the text is displaying properly (in front of the grayscaled survey), but the leaders/terminators are plotted behind the grayscale. I double checked the update sequence and adjusted some display style settings as suggested in other posts, but nothing seems to be working. Another sheet in my plan set is not experiencing this issue, but I can't determine the difference between the two. They're both using the same pen table so I doubt that's the source of the problem. I'm using microstation v8i select series 3. Any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you,
Colin
the issue was with the pentable being used.
there is an option that needed to be selected in the pentable options - non-rasterized priority sort mode.

I never use the rasterised options any more for any prints even with transparencey, I just use the pdf.pltcfg and have transparency set on or off there and rasterise and the inbuilt setting there but i dont set it in the pentable or in the print dialog.. I seem to get better results that way even with raster background images in the dgns...
But if the poster turns off ie un ticks the rasterise in the plot dialog does this sequencing issue still happen and is it still needed in the penttable?

I thought a pen table was the only way to grayscale a reference, therefore when I mentioned the grayscaling I believed I was indicating a pen table was being used. Next time I have an issue I'll be sure to state whether I'm using a pen table or not and thanks again for your assistance.
easier than pentables
